Welcome to the DRAPELOGIC Pilot Program. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The DRAPELOGIC Pilot Program

You acknowledge that DRAPELOGIC is currently in a Pilot/Beta phase. The services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of results, or data preservation.

2. Acceptable Use & Content Restrictions

To keep our service safe and compliant with our infrastructure providers (including Google Cloud), you agree strictly NOT to upload or generate content that:

  • Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or hate speech.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., uploading clothing designs or photos you do not own).
  • Depicts real people without their consent (no "deepfakes").

We reserve the right to ban any user and delete any content that violates these rules immediately.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Your Inputs & Generations: You retain ownership of any images you upload ("User Content"). Subject to your compliance with these Terms, DRAPELOGIC assigns to you all rights, title, and interest in the images generated by the service ("Generations").

Our Technology: All rights to the DRAPELOGIC software, underlying algorithms, interface, and branding remain exclusively with VidhiLabs. You may not reverse engineer or copy our technology.

4. No Warranties (AI Disclaimer)

DRAPELOGIC uses experimental artificial intelligence technology. We do not guarantee that the generated images will be accurate, realistic, or suitable for your specific commercial needs. You use the generations at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDHILABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE LAST MONTH, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
